About us

We're a not-for-profit housing provider with homes in Leeds, Harrogate, Wakefield and North Yorkshire.

Committed to our mission of enabling as many people to access and live sustainably in good value, affordable housing, we're proud to be delivering this new development at Sugar Hill Close and Wordsworth Drive, which will bring new opportunities to local people and enhance the surrounding area for existing residents.

To ensure we meet the needs of existing residents, we will be delivering the scheme in phases with the entire development expected to complete in 2026.

The completed scheme will provide a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes for local people all of which will be built to a minimum of EPC B energy rating and benefit from the installation of solar panels.
